Superinspect Argentina guarantees impartiality and independence in its inspection activities, with no ties or involvement in production or commercial processes related to the items it inspects. Additionally, it takes full responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of all information.

01 | Impartiality

Superinspect Argentina conducts its inspection activities with complete impartiality, free from commercial, financial, or any other influences.
Neither the company nor its personnel participate in activities that could compromise their independence or professional integrity.
They do not engage in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation, purchase, use, or maintenance of the inspected items.
They are not part of any entity involved in such activities.
They have no connections to third parties engaged in those same activities.

02 | Confidentiality

Superinspect Argentina is a legal entity that assumes full responsibility for managing all information obtained or generated during inspections.
Clients are informed in advance if any information is intended for public disclosure.
All information is considered confidential, except when:
i) it has been published by the client; ii) there is an agreement between the parties (e.g., to address complaints); iii) disclosure is required by law or contract.
In cases of mandatory disclosure, the client will be notified unless legally prohibited.
Additionally, any client-related information obtained from third parties is also treated as confidential.
